How does a high pressure misting system work?
We speak of high pressure misting as soon as the pressure out of the nozzles exceeds 50 bars. The system developed by Climext works with a high pressure group that puts water at 60 bars. Once pressurized, the water is transported via a three -way solenoid valve to the network of pipes supplying all the nozzles. These nozzles, designed by our R&D team, diffuse water into thin droplets, forming a cone of homogeneous mist. The result: an immediate feeling of freshness, without wetting surfaces or users.

The extreme finesse of the water microgoutlets, generated by our fogger, have the distinction of instantly evaporating into the air without wet.

Climext is a French brand specializing in The design and manufacture of high pressure foggers. Our company, created in 2002, has settled over the years as the reference capable of offering misting solutions that meet both professional and comfort needs.
The operation of our systems
The filtration of sediment is the 1st essential element for any misting system. Connected directly to town water, it makes it possible to secure your high pressure fogger by avoiding the particles present in the water to come and disturb the proper functioning.
Pressure is carried out just after filtration thanks to a high pressure group (or misting pump). This allows inbound water to 3 bars to be propelled into the fogging circuit at 60 bars.
The water put under pressure at 60 bars must be able to circulate to the high pressure diffusers, the nozzles. To do this, we have a varied range of fittings and tubes adapted to high pressure misting, which is enough to easily connect to each other.
Climext conceptions guarantee perfect sealing as well as ease of use and installation.
The anti-drop system stems from the appearance of drops then forming puddles, often present when stopping any but very disturbing fogger.
The technology we use and offer you is ensured thanks to two elements working simultaneously:
The nozzles , with an anti-drop system, were designed by us in order to disseminate the water in the area to be fogged during operation, then prevent the formation of drops when stopping.
The anti-drop solenoid valve , having the function of opening and closing the misting circuit and also unloading the pressure in the system with each stop.
High pressure misting is diffused using nozzles specifically designed for this use.
Climext offers in its catalog a wide choice of nozzles singled out by an orifice diameter or by a different material (nickel -plated brass, stainless steel). Our desire to answer all your problems allows you to find different types of nozzles for all your applications and even more creations.
We are able to implant our misting systems both on a ramp and on a fan ( burntilator ) or masts with a view to responding to all your desires.
The control box allows you to control and protect your misting system.
Like our Armexts, they are designed to be embellished with a large choice of packs (remote control, hourly counter, sanitary monitoring, etc.) improving the performance of your system and providing user with more comfort of use.
